Chicago Cutlery Limited Lifetime Warranty
Chicago Cutlery knife products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal household use for the lifetime of the product. Any piece found to be defective or missing will be repaired or replaced at no charge with the same item or an item of equal or greater value. This warranty is not valid for products damaged by misuse, for purposes other than normal household use, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s Use and Care instructions. In no event is World Kitchen, LLC liable for consequential damages.

Returns:
Only product in new condition and in original decorative packaging will be accepted for credit or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized. Customer pays a 15% restocking fee for return freight.
Product Damaged in Shipping:
Will be replaced as soon as shipping claim is resolved. Please retain all packaging materials in case a physical review is required by shipping company. Contact customer service to initiate damage claim. Fulfillment Force will ship replacement at no additional cost.
